Designed and built internal tools that improved support-team workflows by mapping operational bottlenecks and turning them into practical product solutions. It was my first role applying design to measurable operational outcomes.

In a scrappy, systems-oriented environment, I worked across analysis, process design, and implementation. It was also one of Elon Musk's early investments, an odd bit of startup trivia in retrospect. That cross-functional lens shaped how I later led product work: start with the underlying system, then design the interface on top.
