Led product through the Framer X launch, shipping one of the first design tools built around real React components. I also established the early component store ecosystem and worked directly with enterprise customers to shape practical workflows for code-based design.
The company was in transition, so the role required setting direction under uncertainty and aligning teams around clear priorities. It further shifted my work from design leadership into broader product leadership, including strategy, sequencing, and cross-functional execution.
