I joined Framer as Director of Product just as Framer X was getting ready to launch. It was a bold bet: real React components inside a design tool, blurring the line between design and development.
I led the product team through the launch, established the component store ecosystem, and worked closely with enterprise customers to understand what a code-based design tool could unlock for their workflows. The company was in transition, and the role taught me a lot about leading through ambiguity, finding clarity when the path forward isn't obvious, and knowing when to push for change versus when to adapt.
